Signature Cocktail
The Saint
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 secs
Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds
Strain into a 215 ml cocktail glass
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary

25 ml Lemon Juice

10 ml Vanilla Syrup (1 cup to ½ teaspoon of double strength)
